Terms of Service

By placing an order with HSL Ammunition you are agreeing that you are
legally able to purchase and have ammunition shipped to you.
Meaning;

-You are of legal age to purchase ammunition.
-You are following all state and local laws concerning ammunition
purchasing, ownership, and shipping for your area.
– If needed documents are not supplied your order could be cancelled or
delayed.
– You have verified that the shipping information including address etc. is
accurate.

Adult signature option 
&
Shipping to apartment buildings or high density housing

We strongly suggest that when shipping ammunition to an apartment building
or similar, to select the adult signature option to ensure that your
package is not left available for theft. We consider it the individual’s
responsibility to watch the tracking of any incoming package to ensure it
can be received and secured. If an individual does not select the
signature option and the package is left outside and potentially stolen, we
consider that the responsibility of the purchaser. Failing to secure
valuables is never a good idea and frankly some people suck. If you are not
home to receive the package or haven’t selected the signature option, we
have no way to protect the package once it’s on your property. This
includes changes of delivery dates or times from our shipping partners.
Please watch the tracking of any inbound package. We have no way to watch
the hundreds of packages out for delivery daily.
If a package arrives damaged or delivered to the wrong address we will
certainly help out in any way we can to help you get the product
you ordered. Please note that Fedex photographs the delivery of
almost every package.

State with Shipping Restrictions

Due to the unique nature of the Ammunition industry and constantly changing
state and local regulations, please check your local laws for restrictions
before ordering ammunition. If there are any restrictions not listed below
it is your legal obligation to know whether ammo can be shipped to you.
When checking out, at the bottom of the payment page there is a place to
attach appropriate documents to complete purchase.

-Alaska No ammunition shipments
-California Must ship to Licensed Ammunition Vendor or
FFL
-Connecticut State issued ID and Certificate/Permit is
required
-Hawaii No ammunition shipments
-Illinois FOID card and State issued ID is
required
-Massachusetts Firearms ID is required
-New Jersey Firearms ID is required
-New York Must ship to Certified Seller of Ammunition or
FFL
-Washington D.C. No ammunition shipments
-PO Boxes No ammunition shipments

Absolutely no shipments to PO boxes, the United States Postal Service will
not handle or deliver ammunition.

Expected Ship times

Our goal is to have orders shipped within 1-5 business days but
occasionally due to weather, illness, or other unexpected delays orders can
sometimes take longer to ship. We do our best to get orders out as quickly
as possible but complications can and do arise.

Refund Policy

All refunds and returns are at the discretion of HSL Ammunition.
Due to the sensitive nature of ammunition storage we can’t always guarantee
that the customer has stored ammunition in such a way that we would be able
to sell it. This results in ammunition being sold as reloading components
or destroyed and can result in a total loss. We work very hard to ensure
that all the ammunition we sell is safe and of the highest quality we can
offer, once it has left our possession we can’t guarantee that to the next
customer if it is returned.
